PwC acts as financial sell-side advisor to HETA on the sale of a Croatian servicing platform and substantial asset portfolio
HETA ASSET RESOLUTION AG (HETA) sold its Croatian servicing platform and a portfolio of non-performing loans and properties with a total exposure of around EUR 800 million. PwC advised HETA throughout the public tender process on all commercial and financial matters.
HETA ASSET RESOLUTION AG (HETA), a wind-down company owned by the Republic of Austria, and its affiliated companies sold its Croatian servicing platform and a portfolio of non-performing loans and properties with a total exposure of around EUR 800 million to an international bidder consortium of B2Holding and DDM Group. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
HETA was advised on all commercial and financial aspects by a cross-border PwC team under leadership of Bernhard Engel, Partner and Leader of Financial Services and Deals at PwC Austria.
